Our product guarantee is offered on all our products that have been used in the manner for which they were intended.
Products must be installed, maintained and cleaned in line with our instructions.
We take no responsibility for products that have been modified.
Our guarantee does not apply to general wear and tear, or if the product has been misused or damaged accidentally.
Toilet Seats
Please Note- The lid is not a solid seat and should not be sat or stood upon.
- Do not force the seat and lid down-as this can damage the 'slow close' mechanism.
- Only use hot soap water and mild detergents to clean the seat - not strong chemical or abrasives.

Stainless Steel Wire Baskets - 3 Year Guarantee
We guarantee our stainless steel wire baskets against manufacturing defects, material faults, and corrosion for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase under normal domestic use.
This guarantee covers rusting, structural failure, and defective workmanship.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, lack of maintenance, or use in harsh or commercial environments.
Please note that sometimes shampoo and shower gel looks a lot like rust and cleaning with hot soapy water will remove it.
Proof of purchase is required for all guarantee claims.
